Who these terms cover
These terms apply to daulatlabs.com and DaulatLabs products linked from it, including Santaka and DaulatID. They are practical use terms, not a full commercial contract and not insurance-policy wording.

These terms cover DaulatLabs products, including Santaka shops, staff tools, and guest orders. We do not claim PDPA compliant.

Accounts and workspaces
You must keep your sign-in details under your control and use a workspace only for a business you are allowed to operate. Shop owners are responsible for staff PIN use, menu prices, and the DuitNow QR they upload.

Santaka selling
A live Santaka subscription (Stripe or Command grant) opens public selling. Business verification is optional later for custom domains, deeper access, and later compliance. Rejected or suspended shops still cannot sell.

Payments and taxes
Santaka records cash and uploaded DuitNow QR confirmations. It does not take card checkout at the till unless a live payment gateway is separately enabled. SST and service charge follow the shop's tax profile. You remain responsible for Malaysian tax filings.

Guest orders
Guests provide a name and phone so the shop can complete the order. DaulatLabs uses that data to run the order, not to claim a marketing list. We do not claim PDPA compliant.

Availability
We work to keep products running. Maintenance, third-party outages, or network issues can interrupt service. Do not treat a sandbox, demo order, or trial as a live collection guarantee.
